When an employee travel for business, they acquire dozens of receipts When they report these expenses they need to input them into a computer or fill out paper forms in a tedious and time-consuming process. All this information is sent to the company's accountant who then needs to work on conversions - per day calculations, taxation, and policy compliance. The report then goes through an internal approval process, reimbursement needs to be issued and posted to an accounting system.
